How to answer in Japan
★ The order is: greeting → why you are calling → your name → your question. Do not open with your name. The books say 拝見して, but 見て is fine and much easier to say. ★ You may write these four lines on paper and read them out — on the phone nobody can see you. Call when the shop is not busy: 2–5pm for cafes and restaurants, 10–11am or 2–4pm for convenience stores.

Sorry to trouble you. I saw your job advertisement and I am calling about it. My name is Bikash. Are you still looking for part-time staff?

“I want a part-time job.” You have not said who you are or where you saw the advertisement, so they cannot help you yet.
